Fixel has been designed as an entrepreneurial tool, but can be utilized by anyone that has a desire to improve their decision-making skills and abilities to spot profitable opportunities. What I've found is that hourly coaching never goes quite far enough to reach the essence of your unique genius -- so I've designed Fixel to allow you to really let your ideas fly (as if we were sitting at your kitchen table sketching out your business plans together.)

To accomplish this, you will record a single audio or video file that is shared only with me using the guided process in your client portal. This happens in the comfort of your own environment and at your own convenience, so it couldn't possibly be simpler -- I have made it so it's almost impossible to mess up!

While I am not certified in any particular personality typing method, I truly do use Myers-Briggs as the framework for nearly every business interaction I have and will provide my best analysis in every report. Fixel is not intended to be an official MBTI assessment.

If you are hoping for more of an "official" result and have never gotten professionally typed before, take or re-take the MBTI on your own and bring that information to your audio interview so that I can work toward confirming your own results. If we come up with different answers, I'll explain my reasoning.

If you are already familiar with Myers-Briggs or Enneagram, I am a rare female that is an ENTP personality type. I'm also an Enneagram 4 with fairly balanced 3 and 5 wings.

In short, as an ENTP I have a unique ability for advanced pattern recognition, and my Enneagram type drives me toward creative expression in business and helping others do the same.

Long before Fixel had a name, I was a coach and business consultant for professional home organizers at a company I founded called Pro Organizer Studio. The trademarked business system I designed for this industry is known as Inspired Organizer^®, a method I created to help women utilize their natural gifts and unique points of view to stand out and gain success quickly in entrepreneurship. There is no "prep" needed to get started, so if a longer wait time has not been made apparent on this page you will likely be able to receive your finished Fixel package within a week.

You will get immediate access to your Fixel client portal, which includes the simple audio or video interview instructions. I suggest setting aside 2 hours to really get comfortable and go through the questions. (You may break it up or record longer than that if you are able to submit everything in a SINGLE file.) There is no need to follow the questions in order.

After your recording is complete, you will submit your materials for processing by booking the next available slot in line. You will know the exact day I will be working on your Fixel and can expect to receive your completed package within 48 hours from the processing date.

If you can't set aside the time to do the intake for a few days or weeks, that's not a problem. Just remember that you will not be able to book your processing date until your materials are complete, and the line may be longer if you wait. Fixel is not appropriate for an "emergency" of any kind.

Please recall the guarantee for any refunds expires after 14 days. This means you need to submit your audio file within 2 weeks of signing up for Fixel. Even if your processing date comes later, my promise is that I will provide a full refund if I feel that Fixel was not a good fit for your needs (ie. your recording was not at all in line with the Terms of Service and you require a referral to another professional.)

Fixel is really that good.
